Attention Mr. Don Glovan;

On Feb. 2, I called your office to get someone to come make a repair on a commode of mine. The receptionists asked when I would like to have it repaired. I replied today would be great. She asked me to hold on and very quickly she returned and said Josh will be here within the hour.

When Josh arrived, he put his booties on and came in and asked me what I needed. I told him and he immediately went to work fixing it. When he finished with that, he asked me about other plumbing in my house. When he mentioned the water heater I asked him to check it. It is located behind the wall in my closet. He found my heater was rusting at the bottom and there was some moisture around it. He gave me information about heaters and went and got one and installed it. Thanks to him I avoided a huge problem in the near future.

My neighbor asked me about him and he told me he could go to her home when he finished here. I called her and she agreed. When he left, she called me back and said she was about to have problems with her heater also and he will replace hers Monday.

Josh did an excellent job and was very nice and polite. He has a big ten rating in my book.
